Can TTS Cater for Smaller Product Consignment Requirements?

The answer is yes! Not only do we offer ‘groupage’ with our artic deliveries, but also, we have our long wheel base - high roof vans to offer a dedicated delivery service that’s perfect for smaller product consignments. 

TTS’s market leading flexibility means that we can easily smaller consignments of pallet wrapped goods, in fact, it pays to speak to our transport department; it might well be the case that they can offer groupage, where you share an artic, curtain – trailer space with other deliveries heading out in a geographical direction that suits your requirements. Groupage rates are a great way to save money on your transport spend. 

The other possibility is TTS’s dedicated van - delivery service. TTS has a fleet of brand new, long wheelbase, high roof vans that are just perfect for smaller delivery requirements. Our dedicated van delivery service means that one of our vans would be completely ‘dedicated’ to your needs and therefore wouldn’t be compromised in any way with the delivery needs of others. Our vans can take up to 3 pallet loads (or 3 tonnes) worth of product.  

We have many clients who use our vans on a continual, pre-planned basis for those all-important 3PL - regular B2B and B2C deliveries. 

TTS’s dedicated van delivery service offers you UK wide and same-day delivery, benefiting from our real time tracking and the support of our excellent, office based, transport planners. Our transport planners, just as with our articulated fleet, are in constant touch with the drivers to advise them of any route difficulties. This, together with our cherry-picked team of drivers – and of course our double ‘A’ star BRC rating for our high levels of care whilst goods are in transport – gives you complete peace of mind. 

Needles to say, that should you wish us to hold and store your goods – until such time as they’re required, we can do this too. Our extensive, secure and managed warehouse facilities are also subject to our double ‘A’ star, BRC accreditation.
